The update started to roll out on Wednesday, 2nd June 2021 at about 6:30 pm ET. Like every other core update, it was a global update and was one of the classic broad core updates that Google used to release every several months or so. The last core update was released on 3rd December 2020 just 6 months behind.
Previous data show that the core updates only take a few days to be rolled out completely but Google has stated that this update can take up to two weeks to be rolled out completely. Actually, Google wants to pack more in this June 2021 Core update but actually can’t get everything ready on time. So, that is the reason Google decided to release two core updates so close to each other.
That is what Danny Sullivan of Google stated in his tweet:
“Some of our planned improvements for the June 2021 update aren’t quite ready, so we’re moving ahead with the parts that are, then we will follow with the rest with the July 2021 update. Most sites won’t notice either of these updates, as is typical with any core updates....”

How to recover from effects…?
Although, the update was launched not long ago. However, some big companies and SEO experts have found some solutions to recover from the negative effects of the June 2021 core update. I recommend not making any quick and big changes to your content and website as the July update is approaching shortly and the effects of this update may reverse in the next July 2021 core update.
But it will prove a good technique to write your upcoming according to these tips provided by SEO experts.
Neil Patel said in his blog at neilpatel.com that his blog posts which use storytelling or conversational way didn’t do well. On the other hand the blog posts of his clients in which they didn’t use much storytelling but just simply give searchers the answers to their questions from the start tended to retain their positions and even a slight improvement in the rankings is observed.
Increasing the authority of content is also recommended.
But, I am again saying that wait before making incremental changes to your website because the July update is not too far and there are high chances of another reshuffling of rankings
Summary of the article:
In the end, we can summarize the article by saying that June 2021 Core update is another effort of Google to deliver the most relevant and authoritative content to its searchers.
